Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or preference-based reasons unless required by law. Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major fault, is not as described, is unsafe, or otherwise does not meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.

We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund in line with applicable consumer law. Under Australian consumer guarantees, the remedy depends on whether the problem is major or minor.
If tracking shows your order has not arrived within a reasonable time, contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed, and delays can occur due to carrier congestion, customs, weather, or peak periods. Australia Post advises that delivery times are estimates and provides current calculators and estimators for domestic and international shipments.
If a parcel is confirmed as lost by the carrier, we may offer a replacement or refund after the carrier investigation is completed.
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned because the address was incorrect, incomplete, or unclaimed, we may offer reshipment once additional postage is paid. If the item cannot be reshipped, any refund may be limited to the product price only, excluding shipping and handling, to the extent permitted by law.
