Is this product made to order?
Yes. Most Pridebaba items are printed after you place your order. This helps reduce waste and allows us to offer more original designs, colours, and sizes.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders are printed and shipped within 2 business days. Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout. You’ll receive tracking once your order is on the way.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Some products or destinations may have shipping restrictions, but available options will be shown at checkout.

Can I return or exchange my order?
Because most items are printed on demand, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, wrong colour, or preference-based reasons. Please check the size guide carefully before ordering.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos so we can help.
What if I receive the wrong or damaged item?
Contact us at support@pridebaba.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number, a short explanation, and clear photos of the issue. If the problem is confirmed, we’ll arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit where appropriate.
Will the print crack or fade?
Our designs are printed using premium DTG/DTF printing methods. With proper care, the print is made to stay clear and comfortable without cracking or fading quickly.
How should I wash it?
Machine wash cold, inside out, with similar colours. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Avoid bleach, ironing directly over the print, and dry cleaning.
What material is the T-shirt?
The T-shirt is soft, lightweight ring-spun cotton. Some colour variants may contain a cotton/polyester blend depending on the garment colour. Add exact fabric details per product where possible.
